Cinderella's Stepmother

 

Ann is Director of Field Experiences for the College of Education at UNK. She has been in this position 5 years after retiring from teaching English at Horizon Middle School for many years. Ann and her husband DJ have enjoyed performing at Kearney Community Theatre over the years; in fact, they met doing a show together in which Steve Barth was her little brother! One of her favorite roles was playing DJ’s wife in A Christmas Carol, More or Less. Because of that play, they named their miniature schnauzer Marley for the Ghost of Jacob Marley. Ann’s son Michael is a finish carpenter in Omaha. She and DJ enjoy spending time in Estes Park.
